LinkedIn integration — Pinoks Publisher

Section updated: 19 September 2026. Pinoks Publisher is an internal publishing and social-media management platform operated by Pinoks Creator Lab. Its LinkedIn integration is intended only for authorised Pinoks Creator Lab administrators managing approved content on the Pinoks Creator Lab LinkedIn Page.

When an authorised administrator connects LinkedIn, Pinoks Publisher may process the limited account, organisation and Page information that LinkedIn returns for authentication and permission checks. This can include LinkedIn member and organisation identifiers, Page-administration information, OAuth access tokens, and identifiers or status information for content that the administrator chooses to manage or publish.

This information is used only to authenticate the authorised administrator, confirm permission to act for the relevant LinkedIn Page, maintain the authorised connection, and perform administrator-requested Page content actions. Pinoks Publisher does not use the LinkedIn integration to scrape LinkedIn, sell LinkedIn data, create fake engagement, send unsolicited messages, impersonate members, or operate on Pages without authorisation.

OAuth tokens and related connection information are stored server-side and access is restricted to the operation and security of the service. LinkedIn data is not sold. It is shared only with service providers required to operate the authorised service, or where disclosure is legally required.

Connection data is retained only while needed to provide and secure the authorised integration. An administrator may disconnect the integration through Pinoks Publisher or revoke access through LinkedIn. Requests to access or delete information associated with the integration can be sent to the contact address below. Information may be retained for a limited period where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or audit records.
